Wentworth By The Sea Sports Center in Portmouth, NH
The 35,000 sq.ft. Sports Center is open seven days a week 6:00am - 9:00pm. Members must use their electronic access key.

Sign up sheets are located on the Fitness Board at the entrance to the Sports Center.
Fitness Center is outfitted with state-of-the art exercise equipment including:
- Strength and Stretching Equipment
- Cardio Equipment
- Icarian free weights
- 3 Precor elliptical machines
- 3 Life Fitness treadmills
- 3 Life Fitness bikes
- Icarian roman chair
- Incline, decline and flat benches
- Precor stretching station
- Precor - Icarian Functional Cable System
- Hoist - Leg Press
- Workout accessories are also available including mats, medicine balls, fit balls, jump ropes, stretchcords and balance boards.
In order to use the fitness center members must be 16 years of age or older unless under supervision of their personal trainer.
Personal Trainers
Members are permitted to bring their own trainers to the fitness center after notifying the Fitness Director, Ken Currier. The fitness center will also provide the names of personal trainers for those members looking to hire someone.
Cardio Theater System
All the cardio machines are equipped with the Cardio Theater system, which will allow you to select from various television stations. All headphones are compatible with the Cardio Theater system. You can purchase headphones at the front desk or you can bring your own.
Recreation Room
The Recreation Room will be available to members and their guests. The Recreation Room is designed as a benefit for members who wish to bring their children and sitters along while they use the Sports Center. While using the Recreation Room, children will have access to a variety of games such as Foosball, Ping-Pong, and Air Hockey. Parents or sitters must remain in the Recreation Room at all times with children under 12 years of age.
Children 12 and older are allowed in the Recreation Room without an adult as long as their parent has signed the child in and the parent remains in the Sports Center.
Private Parties
