Our Winter/Spring 2010 Fitness schedule is:
TUESDAYS
- Spin with Paul
- 7:30am to 8:15am - A challenging ride to start the day off right.
Sprints, intervals, and heavy resistance with gentle stretching at the
end, all set to a number of popular songs make for a great workout that
you won't want to miss!
- Women on Weights
- 12:00pm to 1:00pm - An educational and instructional group training
session that aims to introduce you to new exercises that you can add to
your on workout program. With a maximum class size of 4, this is a
perfect setting for individuals looking to take their personal programs
to the next level.
WEDNESDAYS - "Introduction to Pilates" with Moe - 8:00am to 9:00am - A great class for those interested in trying out a new class and learning the basics of Pilates. This class will introduce proper posture, muscle isolating exercises and how to strengthen and tone specific areas of the body with guidance from a knowledgeable instructor. - "Rock Bottom" Pilates with Moe - 9:00am to 10:00am - An intense workout that targets and strengthens the Abdominals and Glutes, getting you on your way to a strong core.
THURSDAYS - Spin with Paul -9:00am to 9:45am- A challenging ride to start the day off right.

FRIDAYS - Intermediate Mat Pilates with Moe - 8:30am to 9:30am - Further instruction in Pilates, using exercise rollers and balls to tone, train and strengthen all areas of the body.

SATURDAYS - Saturday Morning Spin with Melissa - 8:00am -9:00am - Start your day off right by going for a bike ride that will wake you up and get you going for the weekend.

- Workout accessories are also available including mats, medicine balls, fit balls, jump ropes, stretchcords and balance boards.
- In order to use the fitness center members must be 16 years of age or older unless under supervision of their personal trainer.
Personal Trainers Members are permitted to bring their own trainers to the fitness center after notifying the Recreation Director. The fitness center will also provide the names of personal trainers for those members looking to hire someone.
Cardio Theater System All the cardio machines are equipped with the Cardio Theater system, which will allow you to select from various television stations. All headphones are compatible with the Cardio Theater system. You can purchase headphones at the front desk or you can bring your own. |
